Phoenix will be offering summer classes to current JUNIORS or SENIORS of Phoenix High School

WHEN

Class Dates:  Wednesday, May 29 –  Friday, June 21  (Final Exam Day)  - Classes will be held on Fridays too! 

EOC Test – ONLY for the following courses (Exact Date TBD – Week of June 24):  US History S2, American Lit S2, Algebra I S2 and Biology S2 

COST   

Free of charge for two classes 

Students may sign up for only one class per period   

MAXIMUM of TWO classes  

REGISTRATION

See your counselor/academic advisor to register     

Registration will run April 10 – May 14   

FORMAT   

Students will be required to report to school in person every day until earning the ability to work digitally on teacher-approved day(s). This will be based on class attendance and progress in the class.   

OTHER  

All GCPS rules apply during summer school.  Food is not provided. 

CLASSES

Period 1:  7:15 am - 10:45 am

Period 2:  11:15 am - 2:45 pm

CLASSES BEGIN WEDNESDAY, MAY 29

Failure to attend class the first 2 days can result in removal from your summer school class(es).
