  • How do I get my cap, gown & tickets for the graduation ceremony?

    Seniors may order graduation packages on MyPaymentsPlus NOW through November 30, 2024*.  

    (October graduates only, your deadline to order is September 26, 2024)

    Graduation packages can be picked up at Phoenix High School’s Counseling office on December 5, December 9, or December 10, between the hours of 12:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

    Tickets are provided free and will be given to each student who orders a cap and gown package. The amount of tickets provided is based on the venue.

    If available, any extra tickets will be given out on a “first come first served” basis on the last day of the mini at 4pm.

  • Do I need tickets to attend the graduation ceremony?

  • When can I get my diploma?

    Diplomas will be distributed at the graduation ceremony on December 11, 2024.  (Students are responsible for ordering their diploma on MyPayments Plus).

    If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, you may contact the Counseling Office on or after December 12, 2024 to make an appointment to pick up your diploma.  Please contact Ms. Hines at 770-513-6873.

    Diplomas WILL NOT be mailed to students.
