Tutoring

  • Studying - A group of students gather around a table covered with papers to study and discuss

  • The Science National Honor Society (SNHS) coordinates peer tutoring. Peer tutors are SNHS members who excel in specific areas of science and are willing to offer their expertise to fellow students who may be struggling. Peer tutors are available for all core science classes (biology, chemistry, and physics) and some electives.  Tutoring is available on Tuesday/Thursday mornings from 6:45-7:10 am and afternoons from 2:20-3:15 pm in Mr. Wade's room (1.103).  Tutoring is first come, first served, and is free to all students!

If a student is struggling in a course, please make sure to check the teacher's eCLASS page for a tutoring schedule of all the available teachers for a course!

*The Parkview Science Department cannot recommend or endorse any for-profit tutoring centers.
