    What is this survey?

    The Educational Effectiveness Survey (EES) measures what students in grades 4-12 think about their school experience, asking about their school, practices that affect student learning, and how well their school is performing. 

    Why is my child taking this survey?

    The student feedback collected from this survey will help our schools as they seek to better support the needs of each and every one of our students.

  • EES Student Wellness Screener

    What is this screener?

    The EES Student Wellness Screener, for students in grades 3-12, will provide our school and district staff with valuable data about the academic, social, and emotional needs of students. 

    Why is my child taking this screener?

    The results will be used to identify students needing additional support in the areas of Academic Behaviors, Social Behaviors, and Emotional Behaviors. The 22-item screener should take students less than 10 minutes to complete.

  • GA Student Health Survey

    What is this assessment?

    Revised in 2022, the Georgia Student Health Survey is an anonymous and statewide survey instrument that covers various topics such as school climate and safety, peer and adult social support, bullying, mental health, substance abuse, and suicidal ideation.  

    Why is my child taking this assessment?

    Information collected from this survey helps our district and schools identify and prioritize student needs, secure and allocate appropriate resources and support, and respond quickly to information provided by our students.
