Q: How and why should people make improvements in their personal use of social media?
Your thesis or claim will answer the WHY question with specifics about the dangers, harms, or problems that can arise from social media. Answer the HOW question to indicate specific things people can do to avoid or improve those problems.
From your research, you'll establish some problems with social media. Then you will provide some helpful solutions.
