Scholarship Exceptions

Did you know?

No one can guarantee you a scholarship. If you receive a notice that a service can assist with scholarship search and requires a fee, please know that scholarship searches are FREE.

Financial aid should be processed through FAFSA applications, in which the college that your applying to or will be attending will provide each student with a "Financial Award Letter" listing all eligible grants, scholarships, work-study and loans.

For more information, contact the Federal Trade Commission.

Your scholarship search should always begin at the college in which you intend to apply too.

Once you have completed your FAFSA report, applied to the college your interested in and upon ACCEPTANCE the student will receive an Financial Aid Award Letter that will include grants, scholarships, loans and work study if eligibile.

Always search and ask for any information for automatic eligibility or if an separate scholarship application is requried.
