Anime Club
NANI!!! That's right! Rosebud has an Aanime Club! We will be exploring a few FAMILY FRIENDLY anime
throughout the year. In addition, some activities will be a character study, character design, and a cosplay. We look forward to seeing you... PLUS ULTRA!!!Anime Club is sponsored by Mr. Legier, Ms. Wheeler, and Ms. Shields.

PBIS Leadership Team
The PBIS Student Leadership team allows students to develop and practice their leadership skills in an educational setting. Students act as role models for Rosebud’s PBIS expectations and assist with various PBIS school initiatives such as PBIS videos, school events, school tours to new students, and different PBIS duties. Membership on the team is open to students in 4th and 5th grade. Membership eligibility includes application and teacher recommendation.
The team meets once a month after school on Tuesdays from 3:15 to 4:15 and the dues are $40 for the year.

Robotics Club
Robotics Club is for students in 4th and 5th grade and requires tryouts to join. We will be designing, building, and programming robots to compete against other schools. Students will gain valuable skills in coding, engineering, and teamwork throughout the process.
Robotics club is sponsored by Mrs. Price and Mr. Rivers.

Music Clubs
Music Clubs are sponsored by Mrs. Northover.
Semester 1:
For students in Grades 3-5.
We will sing and play music from around the world. Students will also have the opportunity to play recorders, drums, xylophones, ukuleles and more. If you love to sing and play instruments, this is the place for you. Students enrolled in Music Club will get to perform in school and community events.
Semester 2:
For students in Grades 4 and 5.
Students will learn piano skills, techniques, & theory including; how to read notes on a staff & how to identify intervals by ear. Students will learn about the keyboard, its parts & how to form different types of chords in various keys on the piano keyboard. The club will also integrate music technology (coding, beatmaking, and songwriting).

Sewing Club
For students in grades 3-5.
The purpose of this club is to learn the basics of needlework and sewing in a fun and encouraging club atmosphere. Boys and girls will learn to use a sewing machine and other tools with supervision. Boys and girls will learn to navigate the world of needlework: crochet, sewing.

Our Girls Are Pearls
Open to current 4th & 5th graders, Our Girls Are Pearls provides a leadership program for elementary-level girls to prepare themselves physically, socially, emotionally, and intellectually for their transition from childhood to preteen.
Membership eligibility includes application and teacher recommendation.
Through their attendance at monthly meetings, the girls will experience a series of sessions that promote learning who they are as individuals, working as a team, solving problems through conflict resolution, understanding the importance of giving back to the community, and more.
Our Girls Are Pearls meets twice a month on Wednesdays from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM, and membership dues are $40.00 per semester.

Program Goal

In order for the girls to earn their string of pearls, they have to complete all 6 Pearl checkpoints throughout the school year:
Program Objectives¨ To enhance participants’ awareness of social etiquette and the benefits of its application to their life.
¨ To increase participants' knowledge and awareness of self and examine the role of mass media’s influences on teens.
¨ To reinforce and promote respect, accountability, choices, and excellence.
¨ To enhance participants’ awareness of their role in the development of their community and friendships.
¨ To inspire college and career-minded thinking.
¨ To direct participants’ interests and attitudes toward creative self-expression as a meaningful vehicle for personal development.

Cheerleading Club
Cheerleading Club is a club for students in grades 3-5 who want to learn about cheerleading.
RES Cheer Squad aims to help 3rd-5th graders gain confidence and discipline. From learning cheers to boosting school spirit. The Cheer squad will have a max of 30 students. Cheerleading is a fun sport where students can be themselves among others who share their interests.
