The choir is formed at the beginning of the school year and continues for the full year. The student will learn American Sign Language. By the end of the school the student’s vocabulary will be between 300 to 500 words. The students will be able to have a conversation using sign language, by the end of the school year. Also, the choir will perform during the year and sometimes visit other places to perform. Knowing American Sign Language can bring about a great career. Several former students went on to make a career of this skill. We meet once a week for an hour and have fun learning.
