The Assessment Office is responsible for all testing related to successful performance in North Gwinnett.
- Those tests include the End of Course Tests (EOCT's), Gateway, Georgia High School Graduation Test (GHSGT), and other similar tests if necessary.
- Information regarding standardized tests used for post-secondary use, such as SAT, ACT, etc., can be found in our Counseling Office.
- Information regarding Advanced Placement Tests and NGHS Semester Final Exams can be found in the Curriculum Office.
- If you are a returning student who needs to complete a test, you must register with Ms. Lough at (678) 482-1051 or email Emily Lough.

End of Course Tests
Algebra 1, Biology, US History, 11th grade LA, and AP Language & Composition classes will take End Of Course Tests at assigned times. Please see your teacher for details.
Senior Final Exam Schedule (May 8th – May 10th)
Seniors who are not exempting final exams will report to school on Wednesday, May 8th – Friday, May 10th to take at least two final exams each day. Testing begins at 7:30 am in the Commons. Testing will take place 1st -3rd periods.
- There will be a make-up day on Monday, May 13th.

9:40 – 11:45 4th Period Exam; 4th Lunch students who have turned in parent permission may leave campus. Students dismissed at 11:45.
Tuesday, May 21st
7:10 – 9:20 2nd Period Exam (*do not start exam until 7:20 am)
9:20 – 9:35 Break
9:40 – 11:45 5th Period Exam; 5th Lunch students who have turned in parent permission may leave campus. Students dismissed at 11:45.
Wednesday, May 22nd

- NO EXAMS will be given prior to May 17th for any 9th-11th grader.
- All students are expected to take their exams during their scheduled period.
- Teachers may schedule makeup exams for their students after they miss their scheduled exam period. This can be done after the student’s scheduled exam period but not prior to the regular exam period.
- Any student that does not complete an exam by Wednesday, May 22nd should contact Mr. Britten (Doug.Britten@gcpsk12.org)
- Make-up exam times:
- Wednesday, May 22nd starting at noon in the Commons
- Friday, May 24th starting at 8 am in the Commons
