Mission/Purpose: German Club exists to provide fun, informal exposure to the German language and culture, and to promote the study of German at NGHS. Typical meetings include short cultural lessons, explanations of German holidays and traditions, games, foods, German-related activities and opportunities to learn some German vocabulary. Annual events include Oktoberfest, St. Nikolaus festivities, gingerbread house-building contest, outdoor fun on Mai Tag and the German State Convention weekend. Come join the fun!
